- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 pint of sour cream
- 1 packet of Lipton's Vegetable Dip Mix
- 1 package of frozen spinach
*dont use fat free stuff -- it will come out too runny
Defrost and squeeze out all the water from the spinach.
Combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes (even overnight) before serving.
